The state of Oklahoma requires applicants to complete a 8 hours in-person training which includes live-fire.
Call us at (918) 771-4090 to schedule your training with a Concealed Coalition state approved trainer. You must be able to demonstrate that you can safely and proficiently handle a handgun and ammunition.
If you reserved a second seat you must call us at (918) 771-4090 to schedule and reserve their seat. Same class reservations are required
Applications are also available at any Sheriff’s office.
Apply online or in person at your local sheriff’s office for the county in which you reside.
You will need to attach/bring the following:
– Your application
– Firearm Training Certificate of Completion
– Driver’s License
– Two color 2×2 passport-style photos taken within the last 30 days
– Payment of the $100 fee. ($200 for a 10-year permit) either online or by money order or cashier’scheck.
You will be notified by mail within 14 days if you have been approved or denied for your Oklahoma Resident Concealed Carry Permit.
Remember that you must meet federal requirements to carry and possess a firearm. State and federal requirements may differ, and if you break federal law, you could be prosecuted in federal court.
