This application process is simple, fast and easy to complete. Once you download and print the application, you will find that it is easy to fill out and understand. If you get stuck on something give us a call, we are here to help.
The following information will be required on your application:
Name of course: Tennessee Concealed Coalition Online Course

Go to a Driver Services Center in your area that issues handgun permits. You will need:
Certified Proof of Identity and Residency in Tennessee (no photo copies)
Proof of full SSN
Proof of demonstrated competence with a handgun (your Concealed Certification)
Completed CCP Proof of Training form
*keep in mind, you have to apply within a year of obtaining your US Concealed Certification*
A recent passport photo taken of you from the shoulders up (must be in compliance with passport photo requirements)
Full face, front view, with white or off-white background.
Taken in normal street attire. (No Uniforms, Logos or Hats)
2×2, color photo
The $65 fee to apply — form of payment may vary by location.
After you have submitted all of the necessary documentation at the Driver Services Center, you will be given further instructions on where to go to undergo the fingerprinting process.
Complete your fingerprinting at the specified location with all necessary requirements.
Note: In order to be accepted the fingerprint card must be:
– Signed by applicant.
– Signed and certified by the agency taking the prints.
– Include the telephone number and stamp (if available) of the agency and/or individual taking the prints
You will be notified by mail within 90 days if you have been approved or denied for your Tennessee Resident Concealed Handgun Permit.
Remember that you must meet federal requirements to carry and possess a firearm. State and federal requirements may differ, and if you break federal law, you could be prosecuted in federal court.
