Policy documents and other communications may be delivered by electronic means from Firearms Legal Protection Management, LLC. to the policyholder, or other consenting signatory, hereby referenced as “the Party”.
The Party has the right to withdraw consent to delivery by electronic means at any time. To withdraw consent from email notifications, the Party is provided with an “unsubscribe” option in all email communications. Withdrawing consent will not impose any fee or change any condition or benefit related to the policy. If the Party shall withdraw consent to electronic delivery, Firearms Legal Protection Management, LLC. will, within 30 days, cease electronic delivery of documents.
By consenting to electronic delivery, the Party may receive the following types of documents and communications:
Policy-related documents
Payment confirmations/authorizations
A recurring newsletter for members of Firearms Legal Protection
Requests for updated contact information or other policy-related information
Notices of events, webinars, and seminars provided by Firearms Legal Protection
Management, LLC., and other partners or affiliates.
Notices related to updated website content, articles, and marketing promotions
Notices and offers from partners and affiliates of Firearms Legal Protection
Instructional notices related to policy documents, website user access,
the “MyFLP” mobile application, or other programs.
Policy documents may be provided in printed, or paper form if the Party does not consent to or withdraws consent to electronic delivery. Other communications that are not policy-related (such as email newsletters) may or may not be available in printed form. In order to receive printed policy documents, the Party must provide a current and accurate residential mailing address.
Electronic communications will be delivered by email. To receive these communications, the Party must have: a computer or device with an active internet connection. A web browser or email software application capable of opening HTML emails. Email communications may contain attached or linked documents; electronic documents will be delivered in Adobe PDF format.
